The Basel Restaurant Kunsthalle encompasses a typical brasserie, an elegant restaurant, a function room and two bars in the heart of the old town. All rooms can be combined with each other. The Basel institution is open all year round and offers the ideal setting for various occasions. The classical restaurant with honest and good cuisine has a wonderful ambience. In addition to the cosy “Schluuch” with 110 seats, the dignified “white” section with 100 seats and the saloon “Weinstube” with 80 seats, in which the unique shell ceiling lamp designed by Verner Panton was recently installed, guests can expect a lot of life in the large garden restaurant in summer. In winter, the “Fondue Stübli” offers you a homey atmosphere.
