hand and face is a performance and installation by Gregory Hari, based on a photograph taken in 1995, showing Hari on the balcony of his family home. The performance re-enacts a ritual of lavation, to clean the surface and the inner life of the artist.

The Performance takes place in room 5 on the occasion of the Regionale 17 exhibition Beyond the Real.
