Das Aufspüren als auch das Erfinden von obskuren Geschichten hat sich zur Besonderheit von Maria Loboda (geb. 1979) entwickelt. Die Installationen, die sich an der Schnittstelle von Intrigenspiel, Fiktion, Esoterik und archäologischer Forschung befinden, gehen fast immer von einem scheinbar übersehenen Detail aus, das sie ins Zentrum rückt, wundersam und unvergesslich macht.
